Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NoBrain mobile application (the "App") operated by NoBrain ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

2. App Description

NoBrain is a free-to-play mobile game application that provides a collection of mini games. The App is designed for entertainment purposes only and is available on iOS and Android platforms.

3. User Content and Data

The App stores game progress, high scores, and user preferences locally on your device. You acknowledge that:

• This data is not backed up to our servers
• Uninstalling the App will permanently delete your local game data
• We are not responsible for any loss of locally stored data

4. Advertising

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisements may be displayed during gameplay
• Third-party advertising services may collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
• You may adjust your advertising preferences through your device settings

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in the App, including but not limited to game designs, graphics, animations, audio, user interface elements, and code, is the property of NoBrain and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The game concepts included in the App may reference or be inspired by classic games. All original creative elements (visual design, code, audio) are our original work.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NoBrain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Apple-Specific Terms (iOS Users)

If you are using the App on an Apple device, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and NoBrain, not Apple Inc. NoBrain, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms of Service.
• NoBrain is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support.
• NoBrain is responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. Apple has no warranty obligation for the App.
• NoBrain, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and use of the App.
• In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, NoBrain, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

9. Google Play-Specific Terms (Android Users)

If you are using the App on an Android device, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and NoBrain, not Google LLC. Google has no obligation or liability to you with respect to the App or these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NoBrain operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
